Lynnfield - Lynnfield - Ruth E. Lizotte, 88, of Lynnfield, Mass., passed away peacefully on February 14, 2020, to join her forever Valentine, Norman. 65 years together, they shared a love of animals. It was not uncommon to see Ruthie in the backyard feeding the deer, wild turkeys, and birds. They are fondly remembered for their epic Christmas parties. She was the wife of the late Norman F. Lizotte. Born on November 21, 1931, in Lynn, Mass., Ruth was the daughter of Edward Doucette and Sadie Doucette (Robicheau). Ruth Leaves behind her children, Joey T. Lizotte of Palm Springs, Calif., and his partner Bobby Pestka, Ann L. Marvas and her husband Richard of Walpole, Mass., Ellen M. Connors and her husband Peter of Manchester, N.H., Susan M. Dowd and her husband Brian of Rowley, Mass.; a sister, Alice Lucier; proceeded by a brother Benjamin Doucette; grandchildren, Matthew Normandeau, Andrew Normandeau, Nicole Marvas; and great=-granddaughter Cayley Normandeau; several nieces and nephews; and longtime friend Sheila McKeering.


Calling hours will be on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the F. S. Roberts & Son Funeral Home, 14 Independent Street, Rowley, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at 12 p.m., at Saint Adelaide Church, 708 Lowell Street, Peabody, MA.
