Port Orange - Robert L. Green passed away peacefully in FL on Monday, November 24, 2025 with family lovingly beside him.

Born on Feb 12, 1941 in Ipswich MA to Robert Nelson Green and Eleanor (O'Malley) Green. He is survived by his wife, Diana (Cotto) Green of 59 years. He is preceaded by daughter Kristen (Green) Popielski.

Robert and Diana enjoyed raising seven children and Robert adored his 17 grandchildren. Robert's childhood was spent in Ipswich MA which was perfect for his love of all things in nature. He was a true Outdoorsman who loved the ocean, wildlife, boating and fishing.. Robert was a member of the U.S. Navy where he was an Aviation Sonar man. Robert was a member of LIUNA of Boston for 50 years in Construction Union Local151. Robert loved his trip north every year to visit with family and he cherished his deer hunting trips with members of his family and great friends at his camp in Maine, which he built. He was a Great Man, beloved Husband and Father. Robert was a kind, generous, intelligent person with a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure and honor of knowing him.
