Swampscott and Formerly of Lynn - Swampscott and Formerly of Lynn - Risolvo Joseph "Bob" Bisegna, age 92, of Lynn and formerly of Swampscott, died on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, following a brief illness, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Carolyn Harlow Bisegna with whom he shared over 57 years of marriage and predeceased him in October of 2021.

Born in Swampscott, in 1933, he was the son of the late Charles and Zefferina (DiDominico) Bisegna. He was raised and educated in Swampscott and graduated from Swampscott High School. He served in the United States Army beginning in 1956, rising to the rank of Sargent, and was Honorably Discharged in 1966. Bob worked at Ametek Aerospace in Wilmington doing maintenance and at General Electric in Lynn repairing machines in the Aircraft Division. He also owned and operated the Central Fuel Company in Lynn. He was a proud member of the IUE-CWA, Local 201 Union at General Electric and served as a Constable for the City of Lynn. He was an avid golfer and member of Gannon Municipal Golf Course. He loved bowling with the Lynn City Bowling League for over 50 years, bowling in many series and tournaments around the North Shore. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, riding his motorcycle and having his beloved dog Gobi by his side.

Bob is survived by his loving children, Linda Thibodeau of Rochester, NH, Roberta Curdo of Grafton, NH, Robert Bisegna and his wife Suzanne of Peabody, Christine Fifield and her husband Craig of Poland, Maine, and Michael Bisegna of Lynn; his grandchildren, Cory Thibodeau of Rochester, NH, Shaun Thibodeau and his wife Jessica of Wolfeboro, NH, Nicholas Curdo of Grafton, NH, Anthony Bisegna of Miami, FL, Austin Bisegna of Peabody and his many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Ann Pierni, Margaret Diguilio, Irlanda Riparandido, Delphine Miller, Barbara Ribicanti, Mary Bowen, Leonda Pesce, Reno, Charles, and Frank Bisegna.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at the Solimine Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Rt. 129), Lynn at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Waterside Cemetery, Marblehead.
