Salem - Philip A. Pelletier, 77, a resident of Salem, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at the Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Peabody, following a long illness.
Born and raised in Salem, he was the son of the late Arthur J. and Alice (Berube) Pelletier. A graduate of Salem High School, Philip was employed as a lab technician, for most of his work career, by the EG&G company formerly of Salem.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Anne Hincman and her husband Richard F. Hincman of New Hampshire and nephew, Christopher J. George and his wife Amy of Lynn and their sons Carter and Aidan George as well as his canine friend Willow. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Elaine M. Pelletier.
Philip's family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of the North Shore Medical Center/Salem Hospital and the Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center for their compassionate care of Philip through his extended illness.
