Peabody - It is with deeply saddened hearts that we announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother on July 13, 2026, after a long and full life at the longtime home in Peabody with her family by her side.

Born in Constantinople, Greece, she immigrated to the United States in 1951. With her beloved husband Matthew Halepakis, she found untold happiness in raising her three loving daughters, Susan, Sandra, and Gayle.

Paula was married 58 years and reunites with husband Matthew, her mother Alexandra and her beloved daughter Susan.

Paula was a consummate hostess and loved cooking and baking her Greek gourmet food and pastries to her family and friends. She especially loved entertaining her family and friends at her summer Maine house on Pine Springs Lake.

Paula was a devout Greek Orthodox Christian and long-standing member of St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church. She especially loved attending coffee hour after church services to socialize with her relatives and friends. Her legacy was one of kindness, sincerity and generosity of spirit.

She leaves behind many, her cherished daughters, Sandra Richards of Danvers, Gayle and her husband Walter Adamson of Peabody, and her adored grandchildren, Lisa Mantsourani of Parsonsfield, ME, Lori DiFilippo of Danvers, Stacey Richards of Sarasota, FL, Jospeh Adamson and his wife Gina of Peabody, Nicholas Adamson of Peabody, and her adored great grandchildren, Alexi, Anthony, Joseph, Brady, Thea and Julian.

In addition to her husband Matthew, Paula was predeceased by her mother Alexandra, her beloved daughter Susan and her husband Charles Mantsourani, and her son-in-law , Norman P. Richards.

She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews that deeply cared for her. Paula will always remain our hearts and memory

Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody followed by her Funeral Service at 11:30 AM at St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
