Peabody - Neil Corry Nagle, 71, of Peabody, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Ernest Ayles.

Neil was born on August 22, 1954, in Boston, MA and was the son of the late Lawrence and Gertrude (Corry) Nagle. He grew up in Lynn before moving to Salem and graduating from Salem High School. Upon graduation from high school, Neil proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He continued his education by taking courses at Northeastern University.

Neil worked for many years as an electrician and was known for his strong work ethic and his ability to solve problems. He then worked at Hogan Regional in Danvers for over twenty years as a program assistant. He was very well loved and respected by the residents and his coworkers alike and was known for his friendliness, generosity, and kindness.

Neil enjoyed being outdoors and especially loved camping. He also took great pride in his garden and had a creative side which was expressed in his love of crafting and making quilts for family and friends. Above all, family was the most important part of Neil's life. He was a loving brother, uncle, and grand uncle and a dedicated friend to many. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Neil is survived by his siblings Lawrence Kevin Nagle and his wife Donna of Lynn, Joanne Wladkowski and her husband Peter of Lynn, Kathleen Donahue and her husband, Larry of Lynn, Karen Cahill of Beverly, Ellen Frost of Danvers, and Brian Nagle of Salem; many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews; many cousins; his close friends Linda, Brenda, Gerry, and Carol; and many other friends.

In addition to his parents and husband, he was predeceased by his brother Michael Nagle and his brother-in-law George Frost.

Visiting hours will be held at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn Street, Peabody, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 19, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lynn.
