Beverly, MA - Nancy G. (Bartol) Dunn, 80, died May 2, 2018, at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH. She was born April 25, 1938, in Beverly, daughter of the late Arthur W. Bartol Jr. and Shirley (Laurie) Morse.

Nancy grew up in Beverly, MA, one of nine children in her family. She married Donald H. Dunn, and they resided for many years on the North Shore in MA raising their family. Nancy did extraordinary seamstress work, and she was self-employed for many years. Her love of family and children took priority over everything as was evident by her commitment to her foster parenting to over 40 children. Her interests and hobbies included being a musician playing the banjo and fiddle and she loved square dancing.

In addition to her loving husband who preceded her in death on January 31, 2006, she was also predeceased by two daughters, Julie Dunn Durkee, Laurie Dunn Dube, a sister, Betty Harrington and a brother, Paul Morse.

Her four children survive her, son and spouse, Allen and Maria Dunn of Loudon, NH, son and spouse, Jeff and Lisa Dunn of Danvers, MA, daughter, Sally Dunn of Exeter, N.H., son and spouse, John Dunn and John Anderson Dunn of Exeter, N.H., 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, six siblings, Arthur Bartol of Florda, Shirley Marts of Florida, Ken Morse of Beverly, David Pelletier of Salem, Mass., Judy Cagney of Beverly, Marilyn Little of WY and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. at the South Congregational Church, 60 Prospect St., Peabody.

Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
