Maureen “Moe” J. Moutsoulas, 61, died December 12, 2016, at her home in Exeter, N.H., after a courageous battle with ALS. She was born April 4, 1955, in Peabody, Mass., daughter of the late Stephen H. and Patricia J. (Sheehy) O’Brien.

Moe grew up in Peabody, Mass., and was a graduate of Peabody High School. She was a former employee of the Yankee Club in Peabody as a waitress. Moe lived the past 30 years in Exeter, N.H. She was an avid Mickey Mouse collector and she enjoyed watching soap operas.

She is survived by her loving companion of 33 years, John Klemczuk of Exeter, N.H.; her daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and James McGahey of Peabody, Mass.; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lisa Moutsoulas of Peabody, Mass.; son, Nicholas Moutsoulas of Peabody, Mass.; three grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Theresa Klemczuk of Exeter, N.H.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, NH.

A memorial service will follow on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to The ALS Association, Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 6051, Albert Lea, MN 56007.
