Ormond Beach - Linda (Silva) DeSola Corniello, age 76, a loving wife, aunt, and dear friend to many, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

Raised and educated in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Tillie (Vasconcellos) Silva. Linda graduated from Peabody High School in 1967 and from the Carnegie Institute of Medical Technology in 1969. She later retired as a medical technologist specializing in hematology, moved to Florida, and lived there for the last 33 years. Linda was a devout member of the Providence Church of Ormond Beach Florida where she taught youth ministry for many years.

She was the beloved wife of Vincent Corniello and the devoted aunt to Leeanne Silva, Matthew Silva, Donna Sawyer, Michael Collibee, and the late David Collibee. She was preceded in death by her brother, Walter J Silva Jr and sister, Carol Collibee.

A celebration of life was scheduled at the Providence Church in Ormond Beach, Florida.
