We are so sorry to hear the loss of Rick. He has been fixing our printers for years. He was very knowledgeable and always explained what was wrong. Always came in the office with a smile. He will surely be missed.

Our deepest sympathy to the Hiltunen family. Rick was a "GEM" of a person, man, friend and worker. I had the pleasure to meet him in the business world. Wonderful person! His spirit touched many lives and will continue to shine! He will never be forgotten.
