Danvers - Jeffrey McDonough, 72, died peacefully in his home in Danvers on December 24, 2022. He was a client of Northeast ARC and Seven Hills Foundation for many years. Jeff was an endearing soul who loved drawing, socializing, football, old TV shows, traveling and animals. He's left an empty space in our lives. Jeffrey was pre-deceased by his parents Edward W. McDonough and Claire (Martel) McDonough of Lynn. He deeply loved and is survived by his six sisters, Joyce McDonough (Rochester, New York), Julie McDonough (Salem, MA), Janice McDonough (Albuquerque, NM), Jody McDonough (Scituate, MA), Jacquie Cote (Albuquerque, NM) and Jennifer Barnaby (Albuquerque, NM), his brothers-in-law, several nieces and nephew and grandnieces and nephews. He especially loved, and his family deeply appreciated, his long-time friends and caretakers, Abdel and Asmaa and their sons. A reception will be hosted at ARC at Liberty Tree Mall (100 Independence Way Danvers, Ma) on Tuesday January 24, from 3:30-5 p.m. All are welcome to stop by. An internment service for Jeffrey will be held in late May when he will be buried beside his parents and grandparents in St Joseph Cemetery, Lynn, MA. Donations of trees planted in his name (alivingtribute.org) would be appreciated. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.cuffemcginn.com.
