Lynn - Jean M. (Dillon) Callahan, age 92 of Lynn, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Bertram House of Swampscott. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Callahan.
Born in Lynn to the late William J. and Margaret (Healey) Dillon. She attended St. Joseph Institute and Lynn English High School, graduating with the class of 1945. Following her education, Jean worked for the New England Telephone & Telegraph Co. as an accounting supervisor until her retirement in 1969.
Jean is survived by her stepson James M. Callahan of Weymouth, her 8 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her stepchildren Patricia A. Scott and Joseph J. Callahan, her siblings William J. Dillon, Jr., Kathleen E. Frost, Eileen M. Roche, Francis X. Dillion, Patricia A. Driscoll and Eleanor L. Dillon.
