Middleton - Jayne M. Alfano, age 74, a resident of Amesbury died on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at High Pointe House in Haverhill. She was born in Buffalo, NY on April 25,1948, a daughter of the late Fred and Harriet Alfano.

Ms. Alfano grew up in Buffalo, NY and graduated from Kensington High School in 1966.

After earning a Bachelor's degree from Colby College and a Master's degree from Bentley College, she settled in Massachusetts and forged a successful career as an international tax specialist working with financial institutions both here and abroad. After retirement, she continued her work as a consultant and traveled the world. Jayne was a practitioner of yoga, a connoisseur of fine wines and loved traveling and boating.

Ms. Alfano is survived by her sister Barbara Ann Barrios of Naples, Florida, her niece Tracey Barrios and her son Rafe Reinstein of Katonah, NY and her beloved dog Little Guy. She was predeceased by her partner Anna L. Delmarsh.

A private memorial will be held for family and friends.
