Middleton - Janice E. (Holsworth) Bouchard, 82, died Friday, June 17, 2022, at her home in Middleton. She was the wife of the late Andrew Bouchard, who predeceased her in 1996.

Born in Malden on August 22, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Leah (Ingalls) Holsworth. She was raised and educated in Malden and was a graduate of Malden High School.

A resident of Middleton for more than 60 years, Janice enjoyed many hobbies, including cooking and bead stitching. When not caring for her home and family, she enjoyed trips to Foxwoods.

She leaves two daughters, Amanda Smith of Danvers and Pauline Caldwell and her husband Dana of Derry, NH; six grandchildren, Jennifer LaBonte, Andrew Smith, Robert Smith, Heather Evans, Katie Caldwell, and Dana Caldwell Jr.; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 24, 2022, at 11 a.m., in Oakdale Cemetery, Maple St., Middleton. Relatives and friends are invited. As requested, there are no visiting hours.
