Saugus/Ipswich - Frank George Ciampa passed away at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on January 31, 2025 after battling lung cancer and dementia.
He was the son of the late Frank Ciampa Sr. and Laura (Taylor) Ciampa. Frank was married to Carol (Shea) on October 21, 1961. Which they shared their life with their children Elizabeth (Ciampa) Sanders and her husband Chris Sanders of Ipswich. Christina Ciampa of Newburyport, Frank Ciampa of Tucson, Arizona and his wife Jeny Ciampa.
Frank was an amazing grandfather to Samantha Sanders, Catherine Sanders, Frank Ciampa, and Alex Ciampa.
They will remember Papa for all the love and laughter he shared with them.
In Franks early years he had opened up Ciampa's Barber Shop in Beverly MA, Frank and Carol established Ciampa and Daughters Fuel Company in the early 1980's out of Saugus MA, Frank also worked for the Saugus Housing Authority for many years.
Frank enjoyed collecting antiques especially cast iron banks, and clocks(Papa could fix anything). He took pride in his corvette, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held Friday, February 21, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Morris Funeral Home, 45 North Main Street, Ipswich at 6 p.m. During the visiting hours, a service will be held at the funeral home for Mr. Ciampa, Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
