E. David DiTullio Obituary

Lynnfield - David DiTullio, age 94 of Lynnfield, died on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the Masconomet Healthcare Facility in Topsfield after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Kathleen (Ahern) DiTullio, with whom he shared 32 years of marriage.


Born and raised in Lynn, he was the son of the late Emilio and Maria (Carlucci) DiTullio. He attended Lynn schools and was a graduate of Lynn English High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from Merrimack College. David was a Korean War Veteran, serving stateside in the US Navy.

David worked as a Rehabilitation Services Specialist for the state and federal government. He received several awards, including the Goodwill Industries of America Outstanding Service for Disabled Individuals Award. He was active in community theatre, served as a church vocalist, and enjoyed watercolor painting and art.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children from his first wife Mary DiTullio, Anmaria McManus and her husband Ron of North Ft. Myers, Florida, John DiTullio and his wife Lynn Favour of Phoenix, Arizona, and George DiTullio and his wife Patricia of East Boston; three stepchildren, Timothy Dunham and his wife Debra of Boxford, Sheilah Burnham and her husband Matthew of Glencoe, IL, and Kevin Dunham of Dorchester; eight grandchildren; a sister-in-law Marjorie DiTullio; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Joseph, Americo, Raymond, and Robert DiTullio, and Gloria Staples.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10:30AM in St. Agnes Church, 22 Boston St., Middleton, MA. Visitation will precede the Mass from 9:30AM-10:30AM in the Church.
