Derry - Diane M. Walker 71, formerly of Peabody, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Joan L. (Bradley) Walker. She received her education in the Peabody school system and graduated from Peabody High School, class of 1973.
Ms. Walker had been employed as a sales clerk at the Target Department Store in Danvers until the time of her retirement in 2019. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
Surviving her are two daughters, Michelle LoIacono and her husband, Joe of Revere and Sherrie David and her husband, Phil of Derry, NH, four grandchildren, Celina Muise, Amanda David and Justin David all of Derry, NH and Sophia LoIacono of Revere, two sisters, Gayle MacDonald and her husband, Brian of Topsfield and Nancy Walker of Peabody, a brother, Michael Walker of Peabody and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Daniel L. Walker.
Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
