Framingham - Framingham - David C. Oteri, 59, of Framingham, formerly of Quincy and Peabody, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston after complications while waiting for a heart transplant. He was the beloved husband of Diane (Washburn) Oteri with whom he shared 27 years of marriage full of love and laughter.
He was born in Lynn with his identical twin brother Mark on March 20, 1966 and was the cherished son of John F. Oteri and the late Helen C. (Francis) Oteri.
In addition to his wife, Diane and his father, John, Dave is survived by his two daughters, Katie and Samantha Oteri both of Framingham, his uncle Frank Oteri and his wife Annette of Medford, and his brother-in-law, Robert Washburn of Long Island, NY. Dave is also survived by his life-long best friend, Chuck Denny of Peabody, and many other amazing friends.
Sadly, he is predeceased by his mother, Helen (Francis) Oteri, his identical twin brother, Mark Oteri, and his in-laws, Robert and Patricia Washburn.
Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody, on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. and again at 10 a.m. Friday morning before leaving in procession to St. Ann's Church for a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will be private.
