Danvers - David C. Mason, 75, of Danvers, loving husband of Linda (Sweet) Mason, passed away on May 26, 2026 at Kaplan Family Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Pittsburgh, PA he was the son of the late Charles W. and E. Kathryn (Nist) Mason.

In addition to his parents, David is predeceased by his sister-in-law, Shirley Kennedy and her husband Jim, and his brothers-in-law, Arthur Tucker and James Marshall.

David is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Linda (Sweet) Mason of Danvers, his daughters, Chrissy Sullivan and her husband John of Brentwood, NH, and Corrine Gibbs and her husband Kurt of Myrtle Beach, SC, his grandchildren, Jaclyn R. Mysliwy and her fiancé Orion Wagner, Mason Mysliwy, and Logan Mysliwy, his sister, Debra Marshall, his brother, H. James Mason and his wife Cheryl, his sister-in-law, Barbara Snare, his brother-in-law, Kenny Tucker, his nieces and nephews, Col. Katherine Wagner and her husband Col. Christopher, James Marshall, Brian Mason and his wife Danielle, Brett Mason and his wife Michaela, Marianne Drew, and Karen Driscoll and her husband Barry, many great nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Coco.

Relatives and friends are invited to David's funeral service to be held on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 11 a.m. to O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., Danvers.
