Kingston - David James Lojko, 57, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2022, at his home in Kingston, NH, in his sleep. He was born August 19, 1964, in Salem, MA, son of the late Harry and June (Hussey) Lojko.
David grew up in Salem, MA, and was one of three children in his family. He graduated from Salem High School, class of 1981. Professionally, David was a longtime postal carrier for the Danvers, MA, post office covering Route 62 to Danversport Yacht Club. He also held his commercial license to do lobstering, which he did in Beverly, MA, having upward of several hundred traps at a time. He resided in Danvers, MA, from 1979–2019 until purchasing his current residence in Kingston, NH. When David wasn't working, he enjoyed taking trips to the casino.
He is survived by his brother, John Lojko of Salem, MA; brother, Brian Lojko of Woodstock, NH; three nephews; and three nieces, Brett, Brittany, Barbara, Scott, Melissa and Derek.
There are no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 11 a.m., at St. Mary Cemetery, 226 North St., Salem, MA.
