Peabody - Catherine E. "Kay" (Giuggio) Morrocco, 105, passed away peacefully on January 22 at Kaplan Estates in Peabody, surrounded by her loving family.

Born August 10, 1920, in Salem, MA, she was the daughter of the late Peter A. and Josephine (Cannizzaro) Giuggio. Kay was the beloved wife of the late John Morrocco, with whom she shared 48 happy years of marriage, and a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and great friend to many.

She is survived by her children: John "Jack" Morrocco Jr. and his wife Jodi of Framingham, James "Jim" Morrocco and his wife Suzan of Danvers, and Catherine "Cathy" Morrocco-Cronin and her husband Tom of Newton, NH. Four grandchildren: Casey Morrocco and Julie Morrocco both of Framingham, Christian Morrocco and partner Heather Fuller of Topsfield and Caroline Morrocco and husband Chris Woolston of Hamilton. Grand pup: Button. Her sisters: Carmela "Carmie" Mirandi of Beverly, Jo-Ann and her husband Joe Giunta of Nahant. And many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Ralph Giuggio and wife Ursey and sister Marie Hodge and husband Bern.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, May 1, from 4PM to 7PM at Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody, MA. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, May 2, at 11 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 17 Chestnut St. Peabody, MA. Kindly meet at Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Friends of the Peabody Council on Aging, 75R Central St. Peabody, MA 01960 or Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice, 123 Captains Row, Chelsea, MA 02150
