Peabody - Anthony J. Palazola Jr., 64, of Peabody, passed away in his home on Thursday, March 5, 2026. He was born on December 14, 1961, to Anthony and Marcia (Genest) Palazola, who also live in Peabody.

Tony, a loving son, brother, father, uncle, and cousin, is survived by both of his parents, his two brothers Joseph Palazola and his wife Susan Palazola, and Christopher Palazola, his son Brian Palazola and his partner Jessica Polsfut, his daughter Lauren Palazola, the mother of his children and ex-wife Lisa Palazola, and his long term companion Yelena Larionova. He was predeceased by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many family pets.

Upon graduating from Beverly High School, Tony attended Bentley College where he earned his bachelor's degree. Soon after, he gained employment with various companies working as a data analyst, most recently at Milton CAT, which he found challenging, stimulating and fulfilling.

During his life, he loved to ride his bicycle with the North Shore Cyclists, as well as on his stationary bike in his home during the winter months. He also loved taking his daily walks, particularly when he was able to bring along a canine companion, watching reality television and crime dramas, and listening to audiobooks. His loved ones shared many fond memories with him, including visiting Disney World with his family, having his weekly "Family Dinner" nights over Zoom, and visiting the Berkshire Mountains. Gatherings weren't complete without his witty remarks, eye-roll-worthy jokes, and sometimes absurd outfit choices.

Tony had a strong sense of pride and a deep determination to provide for his family and friends, always offering advice and a listening ear. His stash of candy was never in short supply, and he was always willing to share a piece or two, but that's it. His love and presence will forever be missed by those he leaves behind.

A visitation service will be held at Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at 82 Lynn St, Peabody on Wednesday, March 11 from 3 - 6 pm, followed by a ceremony. All are welcome to join. Burial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the North Shore Cyclists or the Northeast Animal Shelter.
