Rowley - Amy M. (Keith) Schofield 63, beloved wife of Lee Schofield, died on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Marlborough, MA, she was the daughter of the late John A. Keith Sr. and Elizabeth A. (Ellis) Keith. She was raised in Topsfield and was a graduate of the Masconomet High School, class of 1980. She continued her education earning a Bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State University, class of 1984.
Amy had been employed for thirty-seven years as a project manager for the Boston Water and Sewer Commission until the time of her retirement in January 2025. She was also a member of the New England Water Works Association.
A resident of the Town of Rowley since 1996, Amy enjoyed boating, skiing and traveling, especially trips to Nova Scotia. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her husband with whom she shared twenty-nine years of marriage, she is survived by two sisters, Laurie Keith of Beverly and Rebecca Stanton and her husband, Robert of Billerica, two brothers, Brian Keith of Lomita, CA and John A. Keith Jr. and his husband, Terry Lighte of Provincetown, several nieces and nephews and her beloved black lab, "Riley."
Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in the Main Street Cemetery in Rowley. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Rosie's Place, 889 Harrison Ave., Boston, MA 02118.
