Peabody - Albert H. "Buz" Nimblett, 93, of Peabody, MA passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, after a long illness.

Born on May 19, 1933, in Salem, he was the beloved son of the late Albert and Eva Nimblett. He graduated from the Salem school system and earned a mechanical engineering degree from Northeastern University.

Buz worked for many years at Sylvania Electric and several other North Shore engineering companies. He was an excellent cook and loved to entertain family and friends. He enjoyed singing and was a member of the Northshoremen Barbershop Chorus. He was a life-long learner and a voracious reader, with a special love for history.

Buz is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Marie Nimblett; his children Michael Nimblett and Cathy Annese; his grandchildren Daniel, Deana, Nicole, Jennifer, Josh and Stephen and many great grandchildren. Also, his niece and nephews; Diana, John Michael and Christopher Mason. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark; son-in-law Daniel and granddaughter Nicole.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours at Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody on Monday, June 8, 2026 from 10AM to 11:30AM followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel at 11:30AM.
