Vivianne E.'s Story
Vivianne Eva (Bouchard) Jenkins, 86, died May 6, 2017, following a long illness. She was the loving wife of the late William Arthur Jenkins, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage.
Born in Nashua, N.H., to the late Alfred and Emelia (Durocher) Bouchard, she was raised and educated in Nashua and had been a resident of Hamilton for more than 55 years.
Vivianne was a longtime employee of General Electric at the River Works plant in Lynn. In retirement, she spent several hours each week supporting the Hamilton Community House.
An avid reader, she loved gardening and traveling with her husband to Volksmarches. Those close to her remember her with love, enjoying a full life with laughter. She will be greatly missed.
She leaves her children, Christine Eldred, Kevin Jenkins, Giselle McCowan, Cynthia Mancuso, Shawn Jenkins, and Josette Davis; her 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and extended family.
Her memorial service will be Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 3 p.m. in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. Relatives and friends are invited.
