Steven P's Story
Steven P. Quigley, age 64 years, husband of Tracie E. (Kokinis) Quigley, died Thursday, October 5, 2017.
Born in Chelsea, he was the son of the late Wilmer and Beatrice (Forbes) Quigley.
Following High School, Steven entered the United States Air Force and served his country during the Vietnam War. Upon returning from his military duty, he worked as a roofer for 40 years. He was also an Ordained Minister having preformed many wedding ceremonies.
Surviving him in addition to his loving wife, Tracie is his brother, Thomas Quigley and his wife, Marilyn of Haverhill, his children Lindy Quigley of Revere, Daniel Quigley of Peabody, Gabriella Devito of Salem; his stepdaughter, Chelsea Kokinis of Danvers, his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Kokinis of Beverly, several nieces and nephews and also his little four legged Princess, Vela.
His Funeral Service will be held at the Murphy Funeral Home, 85 Federal Street, (corner of North St.) Salem on Friday at 11 a.m. A visiting hour will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, 545 Concord Ave, Cambridge, MA 02138-1105.
