Patricia L.'s Story
Patricia L. (Morris) Goodwin, age 85 years, of Danvers, formerly of Beverly, passed away Tuesday morning, February 7, 2017, at Brentwood Nursing Home in Danvers. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth O. Goodwin. Born in Toledo, Ohio, she was the dear daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret (Kellett) Morris.
Throughout her life, she enjoyed going camping and boating with her husband. She had an exceptional singing voice. A New England sports fan, she enjoyed watching the Red Sox, the Patriots and Westerns on TV. She cherished all of her dogs, loved listening to Engelbert Humperdinck, and was the “Queen” of Scrabble.
Surviving her are two sons, Kenneth Goodwin and his wife, Paula of Newbury, and Lawrence Goodwin of Rockport; one daughter, Candice Delorey and her husband, Dave of Beverly; seven grandchildren, Sandra Berchoff of Beverly, Sean Duffy of Bradford, Jason Goodwin of Pepperell, Brooke Fullerton of New York, Alison Goodwin of California, Ashley Wilkins of Minnesota, and Andrew Goodwin of North Dakota; and seven great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Goodwin, Louis Wilkins, Henrik Goodwin, Fiona Duffy, Damian Duffy, Porter Fullerton and Reeves Fullerton.
