Jane F. (Jaworski)'s Story
Mrs. Jane Frances (Jaworski) Hannify, 65, of Salem, beloved wife of Michael F. Hannify, died Sunday, May 14, 2017, at Salem Hospital.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Henry J. and Rosamond (Trainor) Jaworski. She was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School.
Jane was employed for many years at the former Danvers State Hospital and also worked as a medical transcriptionist.
Jane was devoted to her family. She enjoyed spending her time traveling with her husband, and together they took many cruises. She will be remembered for vivacious laughter, her ever present smile and her fun filled personality. She will be deeply missed.
Jane is survived by her loving husband, Michael Hannify of Salem; her sister, Helen Jaworski of Salem; her nephew, Jaymes Saunders; many dear cousins and friends; and her beloved constant canine companions, Finny and Tinker.
Her funeral service will be held in The O'Donnell Funeral Home, 46 Washington Sq. (at Salem Common), Salem, Saturday, May 20 at 12 p.m. Relatives and friends invited. Burial is private.
