Dennis Glennon of Manchester, Mass., formerly of Danvers, Mass., passed away after a battle with cancer on August 7, 2017.
Dennis was born in New York and grew up on Long Island. He attended Boston College, where he earned his B.S. A skilled builder, he worked in construction, and lived most of his adult life on the North Shore.
An avid golfer, beach goer, and reader, Dennis always had a huge smile and friendly greeting for everyone he met. He loved coaching his children's youth sports teams, and was a devoted Boston sports fan.
He leaves behind his beloved children, Ashley of Boston, Casey of San Diego, Emily of Portland, Maine, and Connor of San Francisco. He also leaves wife, Susan Biddiscombe of Danvers; and his 11 loving, devoted siblings, Jack, Kevin, Bryan, Mary, Michael, Tim, Betty, Nora, Danny, Susan, and PJ.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 11, from 3 to 7 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus, 94 Washington Square, Salem, MA 01970.
