Daniel T.'s Story
Daniel T. Lamoly, 46, of Danvers, died Friday, January 20, 2017 at Massachusetts General Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born in Beverly on Dec. 24, 1970, he was the son of Thomas and Barbara (Dubois) Lamoly of Danvers. He was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School, Class of 1988.
Dan enjoyed his work as a barber, most recently at Zollo’s in Danvers Square.
A lifelong Danvers resident, Dan loved animals and was an avid fisherman. He was a free spirit and was passionate about current events.
In addition to his parents, he leaves a brother, Tony Lamoly of Newton, N.H.; his nieces and nephews, Leanne, Sam, and Casey Lamoly and Alicia Carey, two grandnieces and a grandnephew, Hadley, Madelyn, and Malcolm, a loving extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many dear friends.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 9 a.m. in Saint Richard Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square.
