Barbara Ann's Story
Barbara Ann (Swenbeck) Nadeau, 80, of Salem, passed away Sunday evening, July 23 at the Kaplan Hospice House, Danvers. She was the wife of the late Roger Nadeau.
Born in Peabody, Mass., Barbara was the daughter of the late Herman and Mildred (Conway) Swenbeck. Barbara worked for many years for Variant in Beverly.
Barbara is survived by her sons, Brian Nadeau and his wife Mary of Groveland, and Keith Nadeau and his wife, Theresa of Danvers; a son-in-law, Michael Bickford of Salem; her eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Felicia, Samantha, Tyler, Danielle, Heather, Robbie, and Heath; six great-grandchildren, Alana, Johnny, Owen, Lyla, Wes, and Ava; a brother John Swenbeck, Sr. and his wife Doris of Salem; and nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Roger Nadeau, and her daughter, Sharon (Nadeau) Bickford; her loving mother-in-law, Loretta (Berube) Nadeau; her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Swenbeck, Paul Swenbeck, and Fritz Swenbeck.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass in Ste.
