Anne Marie's Story
Anne Marie (Dixey Levesque) Bridges passed away peacefully in her home on January 21, 2017, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Anne is survived by her only son, Greg Levesque and his longtime girlfriend, Tammy Rexroad, whom both resided with and cared for Anne in her final years. Along with her son, Greg, she is also survived by her grandchildren, Nicole Levesque, Kelly Levesque, and Gregory Levesque, all of Salem; and four great-grandchildren. Anne will finally be laid to rest next to her late husband, Robert Bridges, of Marblehead, Mass.
Anne spent the majority of her life living in Salem, Mass., with her son and late husband. In 1984, she relocated with her late husband to Sebastian, Fla., where she resided and spent her final days.
Anne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many of us. And I am not alone in saying that she leaves us rich in memories. Anne loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who spent many summers with her.
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure – Anne will forever be our treasure.
