Peabody, MA - Tod Buxton Eaton died peacefully on August 25 in Danvers, Mass. He is survived by his wife, Paula Eaton of Peabody, his sons, Brent Eaton, Trevor Eaton and his wife, Allison, and Lance Eaton and his wife, Christine, and his grandchildren, Brittany Eaton and Kevin Sullivan. He is preceded by his parents, Virginia (2005) and Victor Eaton (1979) and his brother, Rick (1974).

He was born in Lynn, Massachusetts. He graduated from English High School in Lynn and attended several different colleges over the years. He married Paula Bonardi in 1975 and worked in sales and hospitality for many years as well as serving as homemaker and coach for his children. His enthusiasm for all things Boston sports was a hallmark trait appreciated by lifelong friends including Don Baker, Ken Brown, Russ Hally, Don Leary, and Bob Nickolau.
In alignment with his wishes, his body was cremated shortly after passing. A celebration of his life will be had on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at 6 Wellesley Road in Danvers from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Kaplan Family Hospice House (78 Liberty Street, Danvers, MA 01923).
