Tammy (Gallagher)'s Story
Tammy (Gallagher) Lanzo, age 59 years, of South Carolina, formerly of Beverly, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 30, 2017.
Born in Beverly, she was the dear daughter of the late Roland Gallagher and Barbara (MacDougall) Gordon and her husband, Charles. Tammy attended Danvers High School.
Tammy enjoyed fashion, art and music. She was a homemaker, but also had a small antique business. She also worked at the Essex Agricultural Institute in the 4H Program. Tammy in her earlier years was also the co-owner of Salon D’aldos in Beverly. Due to Tammy’s daughter being premature, she was actively involved in fundraising for Boston’s Children’s Hospital.
Tammy had a great personality and will be sadly missed by her family, friends and everyone that knew her.
Surviving her is one daughter, Candace Lanzo and her longtime companion, Rich Milburn of Maine; one step-son, Nicholas DeRosa of New Hampshire; one step-grandson, Maxwell DeRosa; two sisters, Barbara Tondreault of Ashby and Suzanne Macdowell of South Carolina; and three brothers, Roland Gallagher of Beverly, Kim Gallagher of Beverly, and her twin brother, Talmadge Gallagher of Beverly.
Tammy’s Funeral Service will be at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 5 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours prior to the service on Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. Interment will be held privately. Information, directions, condolences at www.campbellfuneral.com.
