Nicole M. (DePalo) Gregory, 41, beloved wife of Randall S. Gregory, died Sunday, December 10, 2017.
Born in Port Jefferson, Long Island, N.Y., she was the daughter of Nicholas and Michele (DeVito) DePalo of East Patchogue, N.Y. Raised in Bellport, N.Y. she earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island and her Master's Degree from Simmons College in Boston.
Nicole had worked as a dietitian at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital in Melrose until she suffered a spinal cord injury. She fought bravely for 13 years against her injury. Always with a smile.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her mother-in-law, Pamela Gregory and her companion, James Kidney of Berwick, ME, her father-in-law, Robert Gregory and his wife, Susan of Youngsville, NC and many aunts, uncles, cousins and her beloved pet cat, Enzo and dog, Carly. She also had a nursing staff that adored her.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A visiting hour will be held prior to the service on Friday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. A funeral Mass and burial will be held on Monday in Center Moriches, Long Island, NY.
