Lawrence G.'s Story
Retired Colonel Doctor Lawrence G. Breault passed at his home after his battle with pancreatic cancer on November 14, 2016, in Colorado with his wife, Dayna, by his side.
Larry was born in Beverly, Mass., on October 18, 1958, to Roger and Gloria Breault. He grew up in Danvers, Mass., with his sister, Colleen Phillips of Rehoboth, Mass., and his brother, Ronald Breault of Rockport, Mass. Larry graduated from Danvers High School, Merrimack College and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He joined the Army in May 1985 with assignments in South Korea; Fort Devens, Mass.; Heidelberg, Germany; Fort Gordon, Ga.; Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; Fort Benning, Ga.; and lastly, Fort Carson, Colo., before retiring in the Colorado Springs, Colo., area. He was a periodontist who served many leadership roles for 30 years with a deployment to Afghanistan. He volunteered at the Fort Mohave Dental Clinic in Arizona before falling ill in the Fall.
His graveside service will be held in the Annunciation Cemetery, 155 Hobart St., Danvers, on Saturday, April 22, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
