Laura T.'s Story
DANVERS - Mrs. Laura T. (Tucker) Nickerson, 88, of Danvers, beloved wife of the late Robert A. Nickerson, died Tuesday Morning, March 6, 2018 at the Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Danvers.
Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Doris (Coleman) Tucker. She was raised and educated in Wakefield.
A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Laura dedicated her life to her family.
A resident of Centerville for many years prior to moving to Danvers in 2006, Laura was a long time dedicated member of the South Church in Centerville.
Laura is survived by her grandson, David Nickerson and his wife Lori of Ypsilanti, Michigan and her great-grandson, Brandon R. Nickerson of Michigan. She was the mother of the late Robert A. Nickerson, Stephen T. Nickerson, Sandra Nickerson and Beverly Rankin.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held in the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Thursday, March 8th (TODAY) from 5 to 7 p.m. Private burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
