Kenneth B.'s Story

Mr. Kenneth B. Randall, Jr., 83, of Beverly, beloved husband of Cecilia (O’Connor) Randall, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at The Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Riverhead, N.Y., he was the son of the late Kenneth B. and Sarah J. (Pugsley) Randall. Raised and educated in Virginia, Kenneth was a graduate of Onancock High School and continued his education at the University of Virginia where he was a member of the Electrical Society and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
An honorably discharged veteran, Kenneth proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force and was stationed in New Mexico, Massachusetts, Colorado and Mississippi.
A confident and hardworking man, Mr. Randall had been employed for 30 years with General Electric until the time of his retirement.
A loving and dedicated husband and father, Kenneth was most happy when with his family. He enjoyed traveling and had visited 48 states. He was very caring and loved animals. Ken was an avid gardener and enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. He had a great love for the sport of Baseball and enjoyed watching his beloved Red Sox and sharing those memories with his family. He will be deeply missed.
Kenneth was predeceased by his siblings, Barbara, Phillipa and Roderick Randall of New York.
In addition to his wife, Cecilia, of Beverly with whom he shared 45 years of marriage, Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Debra Randall of Beverly, and his son, Brian Randall of Beverly.
His funeral services were privately held. Assisting the family with the arrangements is the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St. (Route 62), Danvers.
