BILLERICA- Formerly of Beverly, Joshua A. Bookman, age 41, died Sunday, February 4, 2018 after having lost his long battle with drug addiction. He shared his great heart with everyone he knew. Josh will not be defined by his addiction, but rather by the many years of loving life and living it to the fullest....
Born and raised in Beverly. He was the son of the late Michael Bookman and Cynthia (Lowry) Winsser of Beverly. He worked as network engineer in information technology for many years. He had a passion for skydiving, scuba diving, travel and working on his home in Billerica.
Surviving him is a son, James A. Bookman of Boston; a brother Jeremy Bookman and his wife, Jessica of Boxford; a sister, Melissa Bookman of Beverly; three nephews, Joseph, Jason and Curtis; a niece, Julianna. Joshua is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday in the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot St., Beverly, from 1 to 4 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
