BEVERLY - Joan K. (Englehardt) Perry, age 82, died Saturday January 27, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Rose (McDermott) Englehardt. She was a graduate of Beverly High School, class of 1953.
Joan worked for Harvard Vanguard Medical, in Peabody, as a medical assistant for many years.
She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in North Conway, N.H. She loved to bake and cook her family's favorite foods, and desserts, during the many holiday and birthday parties she hosted at her house. She loved German Shepherds, and going with friends to Brothers Restaurant.
Surviving her, are two sons, Michael and Anne Perry, of Stratham, N.H., Glenn and Maria Perry, of Danvers; two daughters, Joyce and Al Osgood, of Fremont, N.H., Kathy and Rick Stewart, of Pembroke, N.H.; ten grandchildren, Elizabeth Carignan, Ricky Stewart, Christine Piccola, Michael Perry, Lauren Perry, Christopher Perry, Nicole Perry, Jeffrey Osgood, Gregory Osgood, and Alex Osgood; four great-grandchildren, Sophia Piccola, Alexis Carignan, Jacob Carignan, Matthew Carignan; close friends Hilton and Barbara Perry of Hamilton. She was predeceased by a brother, Paul Englehardt.
Visiting hours 11 to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, in the Campbell Funeral Home 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, 01915. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Danvers.
