IPSWICH- Jennifer was a graduate of New England Academy in Beverly. She was employed by Project CHILLD in Beverly for several years where she made several good friends. Jennifer loved all animals but especially bonded with cats. She enjoyed volunteering her time to help care for them and briefly worked for Northeast Animal Shelter. Jennifer was in a bowling league as a teenager and a member of the Special Olympics swim team. She enjoyed many meets with the team and won several medals over the years.
Jennifer was a long time resident of Beverly and recently moved to Ipswich where she quickly became part of the community. Jennifer is survived by her parents, Cathy Petrie of Ipswich and Jim and Gerrie Cahill of Beverly, her sisters, Heather Gallant and husband, Gil Priddy, Bethanie Deleon and husband, Adam all of Salem, Danielle DiPalma and husband, Rob of Beverly, Janna Nelson and husband, Ed of Billerica and Tina Cahill of Beverly. She is also survived by her brothers, Jason Gallant of Salem and Corey Cahill of Beverly. Jennifer leaves behind several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles as well as many lifelong friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2018, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 45 Central Street, Ipswich, MA, United States.
