SALEM - Mrs. Helen E. (Naszlenis) Przydzial, 94, of Salem, beloved wife of the late Boleslaw Przydzial, died Friday, February 2, 2018, at the Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Danvers, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Fabian and Angela (Godotowski) Naszlenis. She was raised and educated in Lowell, and was a graduate of Lowell High School.
Mrs. Przydzial had been employed by Almy's Department Store as a sales associate for many years, until their closing, and then by Daniel Low & Company for many years, until the time of her retirement.
Devoted to her family and faith, Helen was an active communicant of the former St. John the Baptist Polish Church in Salem, where she volunteered for their weekly bingo and annual picnic for many years. She had an outgoing personality and loved to be around people, she was a member of the Salem Council on Aging, and an avid Bruins fan, and enjoyed many trips to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun with her friends. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her loving family and friends.
Surviving Helen are her son, Henry Przydzial, of Salem; and her grandson, Ryan Przydzial, of Waltham; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Anne Nowak, Nellie Droll, and Sophie Gorman.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held graveside in Greenlawn Cemetery, Orne St., Salem, on Wednesday, February 7, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited.
