Edward Parker's Story

Edward Parker Moulton, "Ed," passed away Sunday morning, Nov. 5, 2017, with his loved ones by his side. Born in Great Barrington on August 6, 1938, he was the son of the late Edward and Lois (Rhoades) Moulton. Ed grew up in Danvers and lived in Middleton most of his life. He worked as a carpenter for Connolly Brothers of Beverly Farms and also worked for Finished by Ron of Peabody. Ed loved hunting, fishing, boating, and was also a great craftsman. He crafted many things including furniture, fishing rods, knives and boats. Ed leaves behind two daughters, Lisa Lyons and her fiancee, Donald Wright of Danvers, and Brenda Monaghan of Connecticut; five sons, Mark Hamor, Donald Hamor and his fiancee, Wendy Bovard, Edward Moulton and his wife, Gladys, all of Florida, Jeffrey Hamor of Salem, and Brian Moulton and his wife, Marie of Winchendon; two sisters, Patricia Fletcher of Florida and Judith Urbanski of Danvers; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Ed was predeceased by his daughter, Norma Moulton; brothers, David and Frank Moulton; and his best friend, Ruth Sabino.
