Beverly - Dorothy L. "Dottie" McLaughlin, age 52, died July 12, 2019. Born in Woburn, she was the daughter of Linda "Grammer" McLaughlin and the late Henry McLaughlin Jr.; granddaughter of Jean Grammer and the late John Grammer, and the late Henry and Eunice McLaughlin.
Dottie lived a wonderful life as a loving mother, a caring daughter and sister, an amazing aunt, and a friend to many. She enjoyed reading, walks with her son, spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Bella. She was a graduate of Woburn High School, class of 1985.
Surviving her is a son, Tyler McLaughlin of Beverly; a brother Kevin McLaughlin and his companion, Diane Sawyer of Woburn; three sisters, Karen McLaughlin of Woburn, Samantha McLaughlin of Beverly, Amy McLaughlin of Woburn; loving nieces and nephew, Natasha and Kandice Thorpe of Beverly, Meaghan and Jake McLaughlin of Beverly, Cassie Loughman of Woburn; great-nephews, Keegan Rollins, Caden Irving, Caleb McLaughlin, all of Beverly; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is predeceased by a brother, Hank McLaughlin.

Her funeral service will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot St., Beverly, on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation will be held prior from 12 to 1 p.m. Burial in Central Cemetery. Memorial contributions can made in Dorothy's name to support Beverly Bootstraps.
