Dennis Elmer Currier

Middleton, MA - Dennis Currier was born October 24, 1938, in Beverly, Mass., to the late Elmer G. and Lydia Ruth Peart Currier. Denny grew up in Middleton and served in the Korean Conflict for the United States Navy. Upon his return from service he started a septic company known as Currier Septic & Drain, and would be a partner in Paradise Park Middleton. After that he and his wife Carol built and managed the Sparkle Spot car wash on South Main Street, Middleton, for many years.
Denny was a member of the Amity Masonic Lodge in Danvers and the American Legion in Middleton.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Wronski Currier of Lincolnton N.C.; a daughter Julie Currier of Stratham, N.H.; and a son David Currier, also from Lincolnton, N.C.; a brother James H. Currier of Middleton; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Denny’s celebration of life will be held October 27, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Oakdale Cemetery, Middleton, Mass. After the services, there will be a reception for family and friends at the American Legion, 69 River Street, Middleton.
