JEFFERSON, NH - Debra L. Salkins, 63, formerly of Salem and Danvers, died of a sudden illness, January 13, 2018.
She was born in Danvers, the daughter of Robert and Norma (Holt) Turpel. She was a former cook supervisor with Sylvania and later Cab Health and Recovery.
Family members include her husband, Elliott R. "Skip" Salkins, and her parents, all of Jefferson, N.H.; daughter, Lisa (Mark) Seger of Peabody; a stepdaughter, Krista Salkins of South Bend, Ind.; four grandchildren; four siblings, Jeff Turpel of Topsfield, Scott Turpel of Beverly, Beverly Houde of Cape Coral, Fla., and Jodi Turpel of Oakdale, Minn. She was predeceased by a son, Robert Lumb.
Memorial visiting hours will be held January 20 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home, 210 Main Street, Lancaster, NH. A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
