BEVERLY - David H. Thibedeau, age 76 years, of Beverly, passed away Monday evening, January 7, 2018, at Care One at Essex Park Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Beverly. He was the beloved husband of Jody (Pszenny) Thibedeau. Born in Beverly, he was the son of the late Harry and Evelyn Rose (Woods) Thibedeau. He was a graduate of Beverly High School with the Class of 1959.
An honorably discharged veteran, he was a member of the United States Navy. Mr. Thibedeau had been employed as an auto mechanic locally in Beverly for many years. He was an extremely hard worker and truly enjoyed being a mechanic.
David loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He was a lifelong resident of Beverly and an avid motorcyclist.
In addition to his wife, with whom he shared 29 years of marriage, he is survived by two sons, Gary Thibedeau and his wife, Kristina of North Reading and Jeffrey Thibedeau and his wife, Elaine of Essex; three grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jordan and Paige; two sisters, Joan Fumarola and her husband, Gary of Ft. Meyers, Fla., and Joyce Howard and her husband, William of Beverly; and one brother, Dana Thibedeau of Middleton.
His visiting hours will be held in the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
