DANVERS - David H. Reardon, age 72 years, a lifelong resident of Danvers, passed away Friday evening, December 29, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Judy (Sparkes) Reardon, with whom he shared his lifetime with.
He was the son of the late Dennis J. and Jennie (Innis) Reardon. He was the proud owner of David H. Reardon Trucking since 1968. Dave was truly a family man with a heart of gold. He was an honest and incredibly hard working man. He passed his work ethic onto his two sons. Dave loved to play pool and loved all animals, especially his dogs and cats. Most importantly, he loved his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife Judy, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage, he leaves his two sons, David Reardon, Jr. and his wife, Julie (Montague) of Peabody and Steven "Sunny" and his wife, Gina of Danvers; his beloved grandchildren, Ranae, Steven and Michael, one sister, Elaine Dodge and her husband, Kirk of Topsfield; two brothers, Kenneth and his wife, Donna of Danvers; Dennis Joseph Jr. and his late wife Janice of Beverly and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to thank Masconomet Health Care Center for their compassionate care.
Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Funeral Services and internment will be held privately.
