Colin's Story

Colin Wiltberger Felt, 33, of Arlington, (born and raised in Salem, Mass.) died Saturday, May 13, at his home in Arlington from a life-long battle with mental illness.
A true renaissance person, Colin is well-known for his fathomless creativity. His writing, painting, baritone voice, and storytelling touched the hearts of all who knew him. The work he leaves behind will be a balm to his family and friends who will miss him always. Colin attended Phoenix School in Salem and was a graduate of Waring School in Beverly. He attended Salem State as a Tsongas Scholar, majored in Theatre Performance, and was very involved in the department there.

Colin is survived by his loving mother, Helen Watson-Felt (Salem), sister Caroline, sister-in-law, Catherine Bertrand, nephew, Gavin Rhys Watson-Bertrand, grandmother Elisabeth Thomas of Georgetown, uncle Sam Watson, and cousins: Hannah Watson, Rosalie Moors, and Nina Watson of California.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Colin be made to Grace Church in Salem.
