PEABODY, MA - Arthur J. Kulakowski, 93 years, of Peabody, Mass., died February 12, 2018, at Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. He was the husband of Theresa (Lannell) Kulakowski, with whom he shared 68 years of marriage. He was born and raised in Salem, Mass., and moved to Peabody after marriage at 26 years of age. He served in the US Army for three-and-a-half years in the 301st Coast Artillery and was honorably discharged from the 714th Railway Operating Battalion as a Technician fourth grade. He is survived also by two daughters, Sandra Ann Czarnecki of Salem, Mass., Teena Marie Kulakowski of Center Conway, N.H.; and one son, Alan Arthur Kulakowski of Rowley, Mass. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Alzheimers Society of Massachusetts, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, or North Shore Elder Services of Danvers. There will be no visiting hours. He will be laid to rest at St Mary's Cemetary on Friday, March 16th at 2 PM. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at the Carmelite Chapel, North Shore Mall, 210 Andover Street, Peabody, on Sunday, March 18, at 11 AM, after which they are invited to a celebration of life for him at the Polish Club, 12 Cheever St., Danvers, MA, from 12 to 4 PM.
